Cocoon-In: Another Great European Magazine

01Feb09

Another one of my favorite design magazines is Cocoon-In. Published in France, this magazine is dedicated to design, luxury and anything related to your well-being. (Yes, yacht trips and couture watches can fall under that description).

The text is in both French and English, making it much more accessible, and each edition is chock full of great inspiration images, products and resources. You can order the magazine online, but since it comes from overseas, expect an 8 week delay before your first magazine arrives. See cocoon-in.fr for more info.

Some of my favorite articles and images from the December edition feature unique fireplaces, a high-style and completely recyclable bicycle and a few photos from the Laduree tea and pastry shop… enjoy.

I absoloutely love the “Red Egg” fireplace and the steamer trunk-esq moveable fireplace (“Les Flammes Nomades” or Nomadic Flames).

laduree1Laduree is famous for their exquisite and often whimsical pastries and treats. The interior is a perfect compliment to the confections.
